Due to limited space we ask that only the guest receiving services stay the duration of the appointment.
We also ask that children only come to the salon for their own services. The safety of your children is important to us, and there are many dangers to them in our space.
Please be sure to add all services to your appointment when scheduling, we may not be able to accommodate additional services added the day of your appointment.
Prices and time may increase due to density and/or length.
Clients must arrive with hair fully detangled, combed out, and ready to be shampooed (fee will be applied if not).
Same day appointments are subject to walk-in policy (first come first serve).
All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with 48 hour notice or a $50 fee will be applied. Rescheduling can be easily done through the booking site. Late cancellations are considered a “NO SHOW”.
“NO SHOW” will not be able to book again!
Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a $25 late fee, any appointment more than 15 minutes late will be canceled and a $50 rebooking fee will be applied.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client.

Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory drops, all ATP Fitness and digital product sales are final.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it at allthingsprettybs@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
💇♀️ Hair Product Returns
We gladly accept returns on unopened, unused hair products within 5 days of delivery. Hair must be in its original packaging, with tags and ties intact, and free of any signs of wear, odor, or tampering.
To request a return, email allthingsprettybs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns will receive store credit only.
Note:
Wigs and custom units are final sale.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any hair that has been opened, altered, brushed, or installed is not eligible for return or credit.
We’re committed to making sure you love your purchase, so please double-check your sizing, product selections, and custom requests before checkout.
All sales are final on any pre-order and custom wigs.
You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to cancel. Cancellations after 24 hour.
Wig orders may take up to a month to complete due to demand.
All wigs are hand cut, colored (if requested additional cost) and styled.
Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24 hour payment processing period. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us with within 5-7 business days. business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Expedited shipping is only 2-4 business days.

With proper care your hair can last for 1-2+ years.
It is recommended to co-wash hair prior to installation for the best results.

Brush or comb through to style.
Apply an alcohol-free hair serum for shine as needed.
Condition hair at least once a week using a good quality sulfate-free product. Use moisture-rich products for the best results.
Do not massage the hair.
Rinse thoroughly.
Apply a moisturizing conditioner and comb hair, starting with the ends working your way up.
Rinse thoroughly.
After washing, use a dime size amount of oil to lock the moisture in your hair.
Let air-dry.
Do not use oil products excessively on your hair it will cause the hair to weigh down and become stiff.
Most think curly hair is low maintenance but actually require the most up keep and needs to be wet daily.
Apply a moisture rich Conditioner and comb hair, starting with the ends working your way up to your roots.
Leave Conditioner in for at least 15 minutes or more.
Do not massage the hair.
Rinse thoroughly.
Scrunch hair gently to enhance the curls.
When damp, apply a dime size of an anti-frizz alcohol free hair serum or curl defining cream for a more tamed look.
Let air-dry.
Do not use oil products excessively on curly hair, it will cause matting.
Do not brush or comb hair when dry, it will cause hair to frizz and may cause hair to tangle & break off.
Important NOTE: Conditioner only wash is recommended at least 3 times a week
*Silicon Mix is a great hair treatment and is highly recommended
You must never sleep on wet hair. Sleeping on wet hair is known to matte hair and makes it very difficult to keep the hair the way you want. Just make sure your hair is completely dry before you go to sleep and you shouldn’t have anything to worry about.
Before going to bed, gently brush hair to remove tangles. Braid your hair into a couple of large loose braids and wear a satin silk scarf or bonnet or use silk pillowcase.
After waking up, undo braid and comb using a wide tooth comb (or paddle brush)through beginning at the ends and working your way up to roots.
Style as needed.
For bouncy waves, style with flexi-rods or pin curls.
Disclaimer: Lace is temporary!
It is very important that you know laces are to be done by a person with experience. Laces are delicate and easy to damage if you don't know what you are doing or how to care for them. The hair is only attached to the lace by a knot. If you over process your knots, you will experience a serious case of shedding. If you are too rough on the lace by combing & brushing it will shed. Laces are not meant to last forever. Keep in mind that they will shed overtime.
